Arm Candy Chronicles- Week 1

This month I am working on my summer collection consisting of bracelets for my Etsy shop, Lively Loops. Because of this, it seems fitting to write about my week to week process and show you what I personally do to complete a collection. I’ll have a post for every week, and this would technically be week one because I say so!
At this stage, I have the game plan for the bracelets. I know what I want to do with them, I’ve made practice ones and have even worn them for the last couple of weeks to test out their durability. That’s the easy stage.
The harder stage is coming up where I have to plan my marketing campaign, meet my deadlines and actually create all of the products. It’s like Game of Thrones, except nobody would want my throne, and instead of fighting wars or having dragons, I’m always on the look out for cats who want to rub up against my work. It can, however, be very similar to Game of Thrones in the sense that I play intense music to “set the mood” while I work.
So what am I doing this first week? Well, first of all, thanks for asking. Your interest and vocalization of such interest is always appreciated. Please feel free to vocalize more in the comments section.
This week I will be working on the creation of the products. Now, I won’t get it all completed, but I will be getting a large portion done. Hopefully I’ll also come up with a marketing scheme to make you all entranced and seduced into buying my arm candies. That can be a little more difficult as each collection is unique and needs unique videos, pictures and social media postings, but…meh. I’ll get an idea eventually.
So far it’s a slow start, but once I get into the zone there’ll be no stopping me! You could physically tie my hands behind my back, but I’ll keep making the bracelets with my mouth. It would be kind of sloppy and drool soaked, but you get the idea.
